Required Transfer Documents

The following documents must be submitted PRIOR to approval:

- Completed Transfer Application

- A copy of the most current report card/progress report

- Prior year TAKS Score data (if applicable)

- Attendance Record from previous school

- Copy of discipline record from previous school

Upon approval, the following documents must be submitted:

- Copy of birth certificate

- Copy of shot record

- Copy of social security card

- Completed Transfer Agreement
